fusion-text-1\"><p style=\"color: #262521\">Het idee van deze challenge is om een brief aan iemand te schrijven aan iemand die jouw dankbaarheid verdient maar waarvan je denkt dat deze persoon die dankbaarheid nog niet, of onvoldoende, ontvangen heeft. Dit kan in principe iedereen uit je netwerk zijn (vrienden, partners, familie, collega\u2019s, etc.), maar bij voorkeur iemand met wie je kunt afspreken, zij het op bezoek of online. Daarna kun je het aanpassen en verbeteren.<\/li>\n<li>Probeer niet meer dan \u00e9\u00e9n pagina te gebruiken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Beschrijf jouw dankbaarheid<br \/>\nHet volgende onderdeel van de brief gaat over de situatie(s) waarvoor jij dankbaar bent, en beschrijft gedetailleerd aan de ontvanger waarom het zo veel voor jou betekent: Wees concreet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beschrijf in specifieke termen wat de persoon precies deed, waarom het jouw dankbaar maakte en hoe het jouw leven heeft be\u00efnvloed. Je kunt ook nadenken over de dingen waar je dankbaar voor bent en aan wie je je dankbaarheid wilt uiten. Schrijf deze idee\u00ebn op, want ze zullen je helpen om je dankbrief te formuleren wanneer je er klaar voor bent.<\/p>\n<p>Versturen en\/of voorlezen van de brief<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer de brief klaar is, (en je spelling en grammatica hebt gecontroleerd), is het tijd om de brief te versturen. Het is juist dit deel dat het meest positieve effect oplevert: Onderzoek toont aan dat deze stap het krachtigst is om de geestelijke gezondheid te verbeteren. Je kunt het volgende doen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>stuur deze brief naar de persoon via de post als een echte brief, om het extra voordelig te maken, of e-mail; of<\/li>\n<li>wil je meer effect bereiken. bezoek dan de geadresseerde of lees dan de brief voor per telefoon of video.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Als je ervoor kiest om de brief voor te lezen, lees deze dan langzaam en met gevoel en hooud oogcontact. Geef de geadresseerde de tijd omt e reageren. Haal herinneringen op, denk meet name aan herinneringen die de geadresseerde zo belangrijk voor je maken.<\/p>\n<p>Als je ervoor kiest om de brief per post te versturen of per e-mail, controleer dan of de geadresseerde de brief heeft ontvangen en plan een afspraak in om hem of haar in levende lijve te ontmoeten.<\/p>\n<p>Als het goed voor je heeft gewerkt, overweeg dan het proces bij een aantal andere mensen te herhalen.
